After you have started as a G&C nanny, it is important that you stay up-to-date in your field and that you develop further in the nanny profession. We facilitate this in various ways through our Nanny Academy. We follow the trends and share interesting articles with you, but we also offer follow-up modules. You will specialize further and choose modules that apply to you at that time.
For example, if you work in a family where a baby is expected, you will immerse yourself in the module “dealing with newborns”. If you work with older children, the module “dealing with social media” may apply. In the further training you also work on your own pedagogical vision. In this way you specialize as a nanny with a lot of experience AND substantive baggage. You can stay in touch with fellow nannies through our online community. You keep inspiring each other and also give each other advice.
