When you participate within our Nanny Academy and successfully completed at least one of the required practical course days, you will potentially be mediated with an employer. As a G&C nanny you stay enrolled at our own Nanny Academy and you are required to follow annual (re)training modules to keep you as a G&C nanny up-to-date in the field of child support, upbringing and development. Nannies who get their school credits each year qualify for mediation with new families.
