Application procedure

Would you like to work as a G&C nanny? We have a four step application procedure:

  • Contact

    Call, e-mail us or visit an orientation meeting.

  • Personal interview

    During a personal discussion, we check if you meet our requirements on education, experience and personalty.

  • Mediation

    A successful completion of the required modules of the basic training will be followed by mediation with an employer.

  • Permanent enrollment

    You are permanently enrolled in the Nanny Academy and you are obliged to follow annual (refresher) modules to keep you up-to-date as a G&C nanny.

Görtz & Crown takes the time for the screening and selection process to be able to realize the right match. Applying as a nanny actually feels a bit like dating, you just have a connection or not.
