Application procedure
Call or email us if you feel excited and are considering becoming a nanny with Görtz & Crown or if you’d like to learn more about it.
During a personal discussion, we check if you meet our requirements on education, experience and personalty to be admitted to the G&C Nanny Academy.
If so, you will start with a PDP interview where we will check whether you can be exempted from one or more of the training modules based on your knowledge and experience.
Upon successful completion of the required introductory modules of the training ánd after the first practical course day, mediation with a client follows.
As a G&C nanny you are permanently enrolled in the Nanny Academy. You follow (refresher) training modules and G&C webinars so that as a G&C nanny you always stay up-to-date in the field of guidance, education and development of children and other important parts of the nanny profession.
