Our method

Görtz & Crown focuses on the top of the childcare market in the Netherlands. Families that want full-time one-on-one guidance and support for their children. The wishes of families and the composition vary enormously. Often enough there are more organizational tasks in addition to caring for children. We always try to realize the perfect match between family and nanny/family manager. You will be employed by one family.
The content of each job varies greatly. Some families appreciate regularity and want support for three to five days per week. Other families travel more and sometimes invite the family manager to travel with them.

Our working method
We always have a telephone conversation first to see if your wishes regarding work match the needs of our families. During this phone call Miriam will tell you more about Görtz & Crown and what we stand for. If you feel a click after that call, a ‘live’ conversation will always follow. This can be done physically at a location to be agreed upon or online through a team meeting.
If you decide to join Görtz & Crown and we have a good picture of you, matching will follow. You can either view the actual vacancies in a closed section and respond or Ingrid or Miriam will contact you if they see a good match opportunity.

Görtz & Crown takes ample time for the screening and selection process in order to realize the right match. Applying for a job as a nanny is a bit like dating, you either have a click or not. Once that click is there, you can really grow with a family for years. Then you not only have a super nice job but you actually have a little family as well.

I can well imagine that it is difficult to sit down to study when you have already been placed but it is part of the job and I also believe that it is good to keep developing, especially in the early stages of a job!
