Görtz & Crown team
After graduating at the Schoevers Institute, Ingrid Kolk started her career as senior executive assistant and project manager at various international and listed enterprises. After this, she has gained years of experience as sales manager, department stores and cluster manager at multiple leading retail companies, including Albert Heijn and Prénatal. In all of her functions, Ingrid has not only gained experience in the financial and commercial field, but also in training, supporting and coaching employees. After having spent several years leading Görtz & Crown together with Hansje Görtz, Ingrid is Görtz & Crown’s full owner and director as of May 2014.
After her studies in fashion, Miriam Veenstra-Fischel has worked in this field for years, as a shop
manager for high fashion brands among other functions. She started at Görtz & Crown as a management assistant to support the company management. During the last few years, she has grown within Görtz & Crown and is responsible for the mediation process, screenings of the nannies and other matters. She works with Ingrid to make sure the entire operational process goes smoothly.
After completing her studies for a nurse, maternity nurse and at the Görtz & Crown Nanny Academy, Naomi worked as a maternity nurse, teaching assistent and as a Görtz & Crown (G&C) nanny. She loves to work with and educate children as well as being able to contribute to their individual development. Furthermore she enjoys to train and guide less experienced nannies. Naomi worked as a professional G&C nanny for many years during which she has evolved tremendously. She is now ready for a new challenge. From October 1st 2016, after a trial period of 3 months, she started as an independent consultant for G&C. In this role she is responsible for screening the (candidate) nannies, the mediation process and guiding the nannies during their G&C career.
Myrte van Gurp
She studied Orthopedagogy at the Leiden University. During her studies, she worked in child day care and she continued to work in this field. She started with a group, to gain necessary working experience with young children. Later, she worked as an assistant-director and manager at various child day care organizations. The nanny job appealed to her as well, and from 2005 to 2009 she worked with various prominent families domestically and abroad. In 2008, she founded her own bureau for pedagogic advice, to advise and support both large child day care organizations and individuals on pedagogic matters. She supported Görtz & Crown in starting a franchise in Belgium and further expansion of Görtz & Crown Belgium. Since May 2017 she is fully focussed on pedagogy within Görtz & Crown. Among other things she is engaged in the development of new modules for the Nanny Academy and she trains and guides nannies during the Nanny Academy and on-the-job.
