Görtz & Crown Family Care Consultancy (G & C) has been founded in 2007 by E.L.H (Hansje) Görtz in collaboration with Family Capital Management. Görtz and Crown is a top end assessment training and placement bureau in the field of family care consultancy. G & C is situated in The Netherlands but does not restrict its working range to the country borders.
Görtz & Crown strives to prepare professionals for their job and subsequently negotiate aiming at an adequate placement with a family in demanding circles.
In the course of 2010 the management of Görtz & Crown is enhanced with a new partner, Ingrid Kolk.

Hansje Görtz took her degree Cum Laude at the renowned Norland College (the world best known professional Nanny training college) in Hungerford, UK. The Norland College principally aims at upper-class, tied up, discriminating, families who would like to leave the minding, care and upbringing of their young children to a reliable professional.
Hansje Görtz has year-long work experience with several distinguished families at home and abroad. After her last position (with the Dutch Royal Family), she decided to establish her own training college aiming at these discerning families.
After her degree at Institute Schoevers, Ingrid Kolk started her career as a senior executive assistant and project manager at several international and listed companies. Then she gained years of experience as a sales manager, store manager and regional manager at several leading retail companies including Albert Heijn and Prénatal. Ingrid has extensive experience in financial and commercial management and in training, supervising and coaching of staff.
